My order is on hold?

If you see a message on your order that requires action on your part or you think the message displayed is incorrect please contact us by using the contact form provided.

Orders may be placed on hold for the following reasons:

  • Frame out of stock
  • Frame no longer available 
  • Question about prescription
  • Pupillary distance to be confirmed
  • Awaiting frames for reglazing
  • Awaiting payment

Please Note: Your order will be kept on HOLD until the relevant information is confirmed. Please advise us as soon as possible if you do not wish to send a copy of your prescription or if you know your PD and will not be sending us a pair of glasses for a PD check to prevent delays with your order.
