Each frame that leaves our glazing laboratory is subjected to our quality control checks to certify the prescription is correct, the frames are set up and ready for use and of course to ensure the glasses are thoroughly cleaned.
In order to get the perfect fit, some frames will require some adjustment upon receipt, this is perfectly normal. These can be adjusted to improve the fit by heating the frame and bending the frame to improve fitting.

Alternatively, you could take these to your local opticians to have them adjusted, as they will have the tools and dexterity required. This should either be a free service or at minimal cost.
It is very difficult for us to establish the required adjustment as we cannot see the glasses in position on your head whereas your optician can, consequently they would achieve a better fit, furthermore it should only take a few minutes at your opticians.
It would be wise not to mention you purchased these from somewhere else as they may be reluctant to assist you however if you simply ask for an adjustment, perhaps just say you are thinking of choosing a new pair with them but you need these fitted first, they should be happy to help.
