The majority of parcels arrive within 5 - 10 working days from the date of dispatch, though we kindly ask all of our customers to allow up to a maximum of 10 working days for an order to be delivered from the date of dispatch.
We expect all dispatched orders to be delivered within our delivery estimates and we regularly test these to ensure they remain suitable for each destination country. Some items are occasionally delayed within the relevant postal system and we regret when this occurs.
If your parcel has not arrived when you expected, you should:
- Check if someone else at your address has accepted your parcel.
- Check with a neighbour or in a safe place like a porch or garage as your parcel may be there.
- Check for an attempted delivery notification. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or to arrange collection of the parcel.
- Check at your local post office as they may be holding this parcel for you, or they may have additional information about the parcel's location.
Should your item not have arrived within two weeks, please let us know by contacting us, we can then investigate this further for you. We regret that we cannot act before this time because the vast majority of packages will be delivered or returned to us as undeliverable within this time.
