Faulty or Damaged Item

If you think there is a problem with your order and that your item is damaged, defective, not as expected, or has missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible ensuring you enter an order number. Our team will authorise a return (if required) and send a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form.
